 Almeria
Almeria, in far eastern Andalucia, is one of the cities that
has preserved its moorish heritage with greatest purity. Located
on a beautiful bay and dominated by the silhouette of its Moorish
citadel, it is the centre of another Andalucian beach zone.
The Coast of Almeria has, together with popular tourist sites,
tranquil and relatively solitary beaches of great beauty. Its
most important tourist centres are: Adra, Aguadulce, Cabo de
Gata, Mojacar and Roquetas de Mar.
